How to permanently delete your MyFitEra account

If you've decided to delete your MyFitEra account, you can do so through two methods. Please choose the option that works best for you.

Deletion Methods

1 Through the MyFitEra App

Go to the Profile Screen in the MyFitEra app and click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen. This is the quickest way to delete your account.

2 Email Request

Send an email to info@rcstechnologiesinc.com with the subject line "Delete Account" and request the deletion of your account. Please include the email address associated with your MyFitEra account in your message.

When you delete your account:
  • All your personal data will be removed
  • Your workout history will be deleted
  • This action cannot be undone
